Welcome to the Anna Thorunn website, we look forward to sharing our philosophy and products with you. Please take the time to read our terms and conditions before placing your order.
PRICES & DELIVERY
Online orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt, although not on weekends or holidays.
All prices at the Anna Thorunn online store are stated in EUR, although we provide to calculate the prices in EUR and GBP. Prices do not include VAT and shipping cost. Furthermore, customs and adminstration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods.
Standard rate for international delivery is 2000 ISK (appr. 15 EUR).
We ship all over the world, and we deliver orders within 48 hours on regular business days, or the next business day following vacations. We reserve the right to reject foreign orders, if the risk or the cost is too high.
INSURANCE
Each purchase is insured during the time it is in transit, until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point all responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. Upon returning a product, the full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the listed return address.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and China Union Pay.
QUALITY CONTROL
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. In case of a complaint, please contact us at anna@annathorunn.is.
OWNERSHIP
Our sold items are the sellers property until they are fully paid, according to Icelandic law no.95/1997.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland.
PRIVACY POLICY
The merchant keeps full confidentiality about all the information that the customer provides in regard of the transaction. Information from the costumer will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. Use of personal information..
